Eric-Anthony Johnson

I’m Eric, a fashion and portrait photographer based in Berlin, originally from Stuttgart.

My approach to photography grew out of street photography, drawn to the rawness of people, places, and fleeting moments. That instinct continues to inform my work today. Even in carefully constructed fashion imagery, I look for something that feels real, spontaneous, and unpolished.

I’m equally fascinated by the precision of the studio. Clean lines, sculptural shapes, strong poses, and considered lighting allow me to create images with a distinct visual language. I enjoy the tension between control and spontaneity, between something carefully composed and something that simply feels alive.

I work across fashion and portraiture, both in the studio and on location.
